About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master (Full Stack Python Developer) to drive engineering execution across the entire ZeuZ ecosystem (ZeuZ Server, ZeuZ Node, AI features, and automation modules). This role blends hands-on full-stack engineering, scrum leadership, and project delivery ownership. You will spend most of your time on core engineering (backend, frontend, infrastructure, CI/CD) while also leading project delivery, sprint execution, cross-team coordination, and client-facing technical communication. You will thrive here if you enjoy solving complex real-world automation problems, navigating across a broad tech stack, and leading teams to deliver high-quality, stable, and scalable software.

Core Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution, including scope definition, sprint management, delivery tracking, and risk mitigation across all engineering initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevOps, Product, Infrastructure) to ensure alignment on roadmap, capacity, and delivery priorities.
Drive requirement discovery, backlog refinement, technical grooming, and acceptance criteria definition while resolving blockers and integration issues.
Own QA governance by enforcing quality gates, strengthening regression cycles, improving test coverage, and ensuring reliable issue triage and root-cause analysis.
Manage release operations for ZeuZ Server and ZeuZ Node, overseeing hotfixes, patches, scheduled releases, CI/CD readiness, monitoring, and rollback planning.
Collaborate with the Technical Lead to convert architecture direction into actionable engineering plans and track technical reviews, design work, and implementation progress.
Serve as the primary delivery owner for client-facing commitments, managing communication around timelines, deployments, onboarding, demos, and issue resolution.
Build and maintain core system components through hands-on engineering across React/TypeScript frontends, Python (Django/FastAPI) backends, and PostgreSQL.
Develop, containerize, and deploy services using Docker and Linux, ensuring clean, scalable, well-tested, and well-documented code across the stack.
Take full ownership of assigned features-from concept and design through development, testing, release, and ongoing optimization.

Required Experience

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science / Computer Science and Engineering / Software Engineering
Fluent in English (Written & Verbal)
6+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
3+ years as a Scrum Master in software project/program management.
Proven experience leading engineering teams or working as a Technical Team Lead.
Strong experience managing projects with distributed system components.
Prior work with QA teams, automation workflows, CI/CD, or testing platforms.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and coordinate across functions.
Track record of delivering multi-module releases under tight timelines.
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is mandatory.

Backend: Python backend stacks [Django, FastAPI]- Strong expertise in Python with production-grade experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. Deep proficiency in Django and FastAPI. Solid understanding of OOP, advanced Python behaviors, design patterns, and best practices for developing robust, maintainable, and clean backend architectures.
Frontend: [React.js/Next.js] - Hands-on experience building modern, interactive web applications using React.js/Next.js. Strong knowledge of advanced frontend concepts. Ability to develop scalable, high-performance UIs with reusable components and maintainable architectures.
Database: [PostgreSQL] - Solid expertise with PostgreSQL, including advanced SQL proficiency. Experience designing production-grade database schemas, handling large datasets, and ensuring data integrity and scalability.
Docker - For seamless containerization, deployment and managing microservices architectures, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows
RESTful APIs - Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs that are secure, well-structured, scalable, and optimized for both frontend and backend integrations. Ability to apply best practices in API versioning, documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), error handling, response structuring, pagination, rate limiting, and authentication workflows (JWT/OAuth).
Linux/Unix - For working on servers and managing backend systems
AWS or similar cloud platforms
